1. Reduce the pipe resistance and the required head of the pipe. The feasible measures to reduce pipeline resistance mainly include: increase pipe diameter appropriately; avoid installing unnecessary valves, instruments, etc.; Line as straight as possible, less turning; Tubes with smooth inner surfaces; Remove debris and scale in the pipeline in time. The pipeline resistance decreases, the pump head required by the pipeline also decreases, thus reducing the power consumption of the pump.
2. Select the appropriate type of inline pump, correctly calculate the flow and head required by the pipeline, and make the rated flow and head of the selected pump equal to or slightly greater than the flow and head required by the pipeline to make the pump work in the high efficiency area. The larger the flow and lift surplus of inline pump, the lower the working efficiency.
3. Reduce the impeller diameter, reduce the impeller speed when the pump flow and lift surplus is large, and there is no smaller more suitable pump available, you can turn the impeller, reduce the impeller outside diameter of the method, or reduce the impeller speed to reduce the pump shaft power, reduce the purpose of power consumption. Impeller outside diameter after cutting, or impeller speed reduction, the pump shaft power down quickly.
It should be pointed out that after the impeller is cut or the speed is reduced, the motor with lower power should be replaced due to the reduction of shaft power. Otherwise, it is difficult to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
4. Improve the impeller structure, improve the power capacity of the impeller and improve the pump body structure to reduce the fluid energy loss in the centrifugal pump. The purpose of improving the impeller structure is to improve the flow of liquid in the impeller, so that the flow is stable, no eddy current, impact loss and friction loss to minimize. Theoretically speaking, the impeller blade more, the blade thickness is smaller, the impeller to liquid work efficiency is higher. However, the more blades, the narrower the area of the liquid in the impeller through the flow channel, the greater the resistance of the fluid through the impeller: the smaller the thickness of the blade, the lower the strength of the blade, the easier to damage, and the more difficult to manufacture.
The solution to this problem lies in: in the normal use of the situation, not only to ensure that there is enough flow channel area in the impeller, but also to increase the number of blades. The internal leakage of the inline pump and the surface of the pump shell is also a cause of energy loss. For this reason, to replace the excessive wear of the population seal ring, in order to reduce internal leakage. Polish the channel to make the channel surface smooth and reduce the hydraulic loss in the pump. Clear the pump sand, stone, cast iron residue and other plug. In addition, strict implementation of the inline pump assembly technical requirements, keep the inline pump good performance, strengthen the daily maintenance, timely replacement of excessive wear parts, is also an important measure of inline pump energy saving.
